Allyson Honaker serves as Counsel at Goss Samford, PLLC. Previously, Allyson served as a staff attorney with the Kentucky Public Service Commission where she primarily handled cases involving natural gas rates and service, accident investigations, cell tower siting and telecommunications law. Prior to working at the PSC, Allyson served as a law clerk to Judge Gary Payne of the Fayette Circuit Court, as an Assistant Fayette County Attorney and as an attorney in private practice. In addition to her work in the energy and utility industries, Allyson uses her experience as a former prosecutor to serve as a guest instructor of law enforcement officer recruits at the Kentucky Department of Criminal Justice Training Center in Richmond, Kentucky. Allyson completed her undergraduate work at Pikeville College and earned her law degree from the University of Kentucky. She is admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit, the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky and all courts in the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
